The People Behind HEART
HEART is run entirely by volunteers who give their time and energy to make our events happen and support our community.
Our trustees bring diverse skills and experiences, united by a shared commitment to Helensburgh and Lomond. From event planning to financial management, marketing to community engagement, each trustee contributes something unique.

Holli Carden
Trustee
Holli volunteered for her first Beer & Gin Festival as part of the local netball club in 2023. From then she joined the team as the organisation transitioned into Helensburgh Events and Reinvestment Trust, becoming one of the founding members. Holli is a microbiologist who spends her free time playing netball or helping with HEART’s next event.

Become a Volunteer
Beyond our trustees, HEART relies on an amazing team of volunteers who help at our events. From serving drinks to setting up venues, there are lots of ways to get involved.
Volunteering is a great way to meet people, gain experience, and give back to your community. Plus, you get to be part of some fantastic events!
