HEART is a community-led charity that organises events in Helensburgh and Lomond and reinvests all profits back into the local community through grants to local organisations and projects.

4.1 Purchasing Tickets

4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

5. Donations

When making donations to HEART:

• *All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• *Gift Aid declarations must be truthful - you must pay UK income tax and/or capital gains tax equal to or more than the Gift Aid claimed
• *Donations are used to support our charitable purposes as outlined in our constitution
• *We will provide receipts for all donations

6. Volunteering

Volunteers agree to:

• *Follow HEART's policies and procedures
• *Attend required training sessions
• *Represent HEART positively
• *Complete PVG checks where required
• *Give reasonable notice if unable to fulfil commitments

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by HEART or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission. The HEART name and logo are protected marks.
