1. Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the specific day(s) purchased, as indicated on the ticket. Each ticket grants entry to one person for the festival at Helensburgh Civic Centre on the date(s) and time(s) specified. To access the event on different days, separate tickets are required or a Weekend Pass must be purchased.

2. Entry: Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry. Tickets can be shown in printed form or digitally on a mobile device. Please ensure the ticket is ready for inspection as you approach the entrance.

3. Age Verification: This event strictly adheres to a Challenge 25 policy. Attendees who appear under the age of 25 will be asked to present valid photo identification proving they are at least 18 years old. Failure to provide suitable ID will result in denied entry without refund.

4. Conduct: We are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Excessive drunkenness, fighting, or any form of aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. The event organisers reserve the right to remove any individual(s) from the premises without refund for violating these terms.

5. Photography: By attending the Helensburgh Charity Beer & Gin Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the event's audience. These images and footage may be used for future promotional material. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us capture the spirit of the festival.

6. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas of the festival. Owners must keep their pets supervised at all times. Please be considerate of fellow attendees and ensure your pet does not disrupt the event.

7. Refunds & Cancellations: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation by the organisers. Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else but please inform the event organisers of the change.
